Shipping

• Free shipping on every US order – no minimum.
• Processing: 1–2 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Tracking: emailed as soon as your order ships.
• We currently ship to US addresses only.

14-Day Returns

• Request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing team.safirshopping@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. Used items cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or worn reflexology socks and gloves cannot be returned.
• Return approval is required. Packages sent back without approval cannot be accepted or refunded.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
