Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – shipping is free on every order within the United States, no minimum.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and most arrive within 3–7 business days.

Where do you ship from?
Your order ships from US-based fulfillment partners.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment – we currently ship to US addresses only.

I ordered several items. Why did only one arrive?
Items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Check your shipping emails for each tracking number.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for a return approval. See Shipping & Returns for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Products

How do I use the back stretcher?
Start on the lowest level. Lie down slowly with the curve under your lower back and relax for 2–5 minutes. Increase the level over time only if it feels comfortable.

The foot mat feels intense. Is that normal?
Yes, especially at first. Start with socks on for a few days, then go barefoot as you get used to it.

Which size reflexology socks should I choose?
Women's (S) fits most women's feet; Men's (L) fits most men's feet.

Are these medical devices?
No. Our products are relaxation and self-care accessories and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you have an injury, a medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before use.
